Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions applying to the website englishpath.org (“the Site”) and to your use of the Site and services provided by us.  

BY ANY USE OF THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. 

References to “we”, “our” and “us” are references to Reed Publishing and cooperatives who create the Site contents and provide related services (“the Services”), in particular deliver the books and scripts based on online orders, and market the Site to users and customers worldwide.  References to "you" and "your" are references to you personally, as well as any person or entity on whose behalf you are using the Site.  The Policies and Terms of Use or any part thereof, may be, at our sole discretion, at any time, changed or updated by us without notice. The actual version will be posted on the Site. 


Delivery

All products are eBooks in digital form (PDF or PDF and DOC).  

After your online purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and an email with immediate download link active for a limited period of time.  

All emails are sent to your PayPal registered email address or the email address you provide to PayPal during checkout.

In case of any problems, you can email us at mail@englishpath.org to receive a copy of the book at a different email address.


Payment

All payments are processed by PayPal. The address you provide during checkout is used for billing and EU VAT tax calculation purposes. 


Returns

In the unlikely event you decide the book or script does not suit your needs or you are not happy with your purchase, we provide a full refund. We do not charge any administration costs or any other fees for returns. In such a case, inform us within 14 days of delivery.


Privacy

By submitting your personal information to the Site by whatever means, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data by us in accordance with this Privacy policy. 

We take the privacy of our users and customers very seriously.  Any personal information we receive and keep, like your name(s), e-mail address(es), phone number(s), address(es) or other sensitive information relating to you, is never disclosed, provided or otherwise divulged to anyone outside of Reed Publishing.

We will use your personal data to provide a delivery and respond to or follow up your enquiry.  We may only use your personal data to enquire about our service or products where such enquiry is necessary, or contact you with an opportunity where we believe, you may consider such an opportunity relevant to you based on our preceding communications with you. We do not use your data to send you unsolicited materials.

We use the services of PayPal to handle the online payments for the goods and services purchased through the Site.  We do not receive any financial information relating to details of your payment card(s), bank account(s) or other financial method(s) you use for shopping on the Site.

To improve our services we may collect your opinions through emails and online feedback and contact forms.  In case we opt to use your comments for publicity whether on the Site or elsewhere, we will not divulge your personally identifiable information without your prior consent.

Cookies

On some pages of the Site, we display Google Ads. Third-party advertising companies such as Google use cookies to serve ads on the Site and may use information about your visits to the Site and your visits to other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Cookies don’t provide personally identifying information such as your name, email, address or phone, however they can provide information about your geographical location, technology used for browsing and  browsing patterns.  This information is collected in aggregate  to monitor the usage of the Site by the Site users and the Site channels and to define our strategic development and marketing activities. You acknowledge and agree that the content on the Site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorised by us, you agree not to copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, loan, distribute, rent or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Site.  You agree not to create derivative works based on the contents of the Site, in whole or in part.

You understand that the Site may provide links to other external web sites or content that are not affiliated or connected with us, and you acknowledge that we have no control over such sites and agree that we have no responsibility or liability, whatsoever relating to any such sites, their availability or content, including your use of them.  You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of content, goods, services or information available on or through any such sites. General

These  Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding their subject matter, and supersede any prior versions . No modification to the  Terms and Conditions will be binding, unless authorized by us in writing. Any express waiver or failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these  Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or any expectation of non-enforcement.  If any provision of these  Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any competent court or institution, such provision will be replaced with a new provision that accomplishes the original business purpose and the parties agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the original intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these  Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
