In the unlikely event you decide the book or script does not suit your needs or you are not happy with your purchase, we provide a full refund. We do not charge any administration costs or any other fees for returns. 
In such a case, inform us within 14 days of delivery.

You need to deliver the paperback books to us at your cost.

Please note that after we process a refund for an eBook, you will not be able to use the resource in your teaching or learning, or in any other way or form, and you have to delete all resource files from any technology systems and dispose of any printed and copied versions of the resource. In case this is not possible for you (for example you already printed a copy for a student and cannot retrieve it), please inform us.
